  • I recently visited Chris, after a few friends had recommended him. I was suffering with a lingering hamstring issue in my left leg. From the start, Chris was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to thoroughly assess the injury and explained the steps needed for my recovery in a way that was easy to understand. He even checked in a few weeks after my last week to check everything was going well. Thanks to his expert guidance and the tailored exercises he provided, I’m now feeling much stronger and more confident in my leg. I highly recommend Chris for anyone dealing with muscle injuries—he’s definitely made a big difference in my recovery!

  • I'd had horrendous neck pain for 5 days that not even strong painkillers could shift when I went to see Chris. By the end of the appointment the pain had eased dramatically and I could fully turn my head. The next day I awoke completely pain free. Chris is extremely knowledgable and a genuinely nice guy, even taking the time to address another issue he could detect with my back during the appointment. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough and will certainly look no further next time I'm in need of Physio treatment.

  • Had started to limp due to problems in right hip. Tried yoga, pilates and swimming but none of these worked. Had started to think that nothing would help but after only a few sessions with Chris I am now pain free and do not limp. I can walk feely and without discomfort. The exercises are simple and easy. Chris also does hands on treatment when I see him. He listens to you and the programme he designs for you is tailor made. He has made a huge difference to the quality of my daily life. Would thoroughly recommend Chris.

  • I came in with a shoulder blade injury and after having a couple of sessions with Chris, he has really helped me to get back into my regular sporting activity. Also Chris gave me suggestions for buying equipment to help with the exercises that he gave me. I would definitely go back with any sporting injury I get in the future.

  • I have a back pain for one and half years now. I went and visit 4 other therapist (chiropractors + physiotherapists) but they couldn’t help me recover, go back to gym and be pain free!! On 16th of September I visited Chris. Told him all my history and started step by step to create a plan for me! After a number of visits, 2 months later I am back at the gym training!! That says a lot! We still have a plan to make sure my back problem is under control and any pain or discomfort doesn’t come back!!   • I had issues with my back for years but in the spring of 2019 I reached a point where I was unable to walk or even stand without significant pain. Chris began to correct the tangle of underlying issues with a combination of hands-on therapy and prescribed exercises and the pain subsided as my flexibility and movement patterns improved. By the autumn of 2019 I was able to introduce squats and deadlifts into my training- something I had resigned to never being able to do again. Being able to move freely and without pain gives a huge boost to my quality of life and the friendly and comfortable environment makes the sessions enjoyable as well therapeutic - thank you Chris!

  • From a position of near constant discomfort in my hip, following a short series of 30 minute treatment sessions with Chris, teamed with him educating me on how to self manage and strengthen the supporting muscles and ligaments, I now only have very infrequent symptoms, which I am confident will totally disappear soon through further self management.
